Stanley R. Perla
Managing Director
Stan joins Cornerstone Accounting Group from Vornado Realty Trust where he was vice president and director of internal audit. He previously served as the national director and partner-in-charge of real estate accounting services for Ernst & Young. Perla is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts’ (NAREIT) and National Association of Real Estate Consultants’ (NAREC) accounting committees, as well as American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He is director and audit committee chair for Madison Harbor Balance Strategies and American Mortgage Company, and former director and audit committee chair of Lexington Properties Trust. He earned an MBA in taxation and a BBA in accounting from Baruch College.

Marge has a wide range of public accounting experience and concentrates her practice on family owned real estate companies. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Montclair State College, is an active member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.

Harry Dublinsky
Partner
Harry has over 18 years of experience advising many of New York City’s leading commercial, retail and residential real estate organizations – from REITs, institutions and opportunistic funds to private family developers/owners. Harry is a proactive advisor, providing value-added solutions to improve business performance, strengthen internal controls, develop accounting policies and streamline financial reporting. Prior to joining SMG, Harry was controller of Forest City Ratner’s portfolio of operating properties where, among other things, he coordinated compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, and supervised the real estate tax certiorari process. Previously, Harry was a senior manager in KPMG’s Real Estate Assurance and Advisory Services practice. Harry is a member of the Real Estate Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a guest lecturer at the Sy Syms School of Business where he teaches financial analysis of real estate ventures. Harry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a BA, cum laude, in Accounting from Queens College and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Carol is in charge of the firm’s Quality Control and has over 25 years of public accounting experience. Carol also designed and implemented the firm's in-house real estate staff training program. Named "An Outstanding Young Woman in America," Carol is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is an associate member of the Financial Management Association. She is a graduate of Pace University and a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.

Daniel Vitulli

Dan has over 15 years of diversified real estate experience. His responsibilities included financial statement audits, securitizations and consultation regarding fair value reporting. He also conducted reviews of, and prepared related reports for, various registration statements covering debt and equity offerings and periodic reporting for public companies. Formerly he was a Senior Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC in their New York Real Estate Audit and Business Assurance Services Group. Dan has a BA in Accounting from Pace University, is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, NAIOP, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, serves on The Board of Directors as President of Crompond Apartment Owners Association, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
